In which I push back against traditional assumptions by exploring how social constructivism and AI could transform health professions education. I ask if human-only teaching is essential, and suggest a reimagining of social constructivism to include AI systems that recreate valued educational characteristics, while expanding opportunities for more accessible and equitable learning.
