What’s the academic version of these Steph Curry drills?

The best performers in sport have drills they use to keep improving.

  • The objective is clear (put the ball through the hoop).
  • The task is repetitive, with minor variation (keep on putting the ball through the hoop, no matter where you’re standing).
  • Feedback is immediate (you scored or you didn’t).
