Ethan Mollick created a custom GPT called Complexifier that takes something simple and complicates it. Just for fun.
Here’s his example flowchart showing the process of making writing more complex. In all honesty, this is pretty much what my writing process looks like (actually, this is what my writing process looks like, via The Oatmeal).
Now that GPTs are included in the free tier of ChatGPT, anyone can try it out. Having said that, I tried to get it to work several and it never once created the flowchat. Even when I tried really hard to convince it that it should. Judging from the low rating, I’m assuming that most other users can’t get it to work either.
To be fair, I don’t think maintaining this GPT is high on Ethan’s list of priorities right now.
