I’ve had a couple of deadlines this week so haven’t had much space in my schedule to get out and about. But yesterday I managed to finish a bit early and went for a quick 30 minute run in the forest.
I wouldn’t call myself a runner but I have found myself running fairly regularly over the past couple of years. I suppose I’m someone who runs, rather than a runner. Regardless, I do feel a lot less foggy-headed after a little bit of exercise. Who would’ve guessed that all that research is right?
